VFC AKS-74N Full Steel AEG (with Side Mount)

VFC, famed for its high standard of quality, releases more AKs in their AK-74 line. This line features all-metal where appropriate, real steel dimensions and a blow-back dummy bolt action. 

At 280 fps with an included 120 round magazine it is on the low end of the spectrum of power making it safer to use at closer range but of course VFC being the well established brand it is, you can always get the spring upgraded if your looking for more kick under the hood. Speaking of kick, the dummy bolt does automatically cycle with shooting and while it adds little in the way of felt recoil it does at least look the part. The rate of fire does not leave wanting either, cycling reasonably fast on a normal AK stick type battery. 

VFC AK-74s are available in both polymer and wood versions; the wood version making use of actual real high quality wood with a dense lacquer finish very reminiscent of real AKs (albeit good condition ones). The AKS-74N also uses a metal frame stock instead of the solid one seen on other models; it folds to the left side offering not only a Skeletonized rear end to help keep the weight down but also with the ability to fold away for increased mobility when needed allowing you to choose better control or better agility on the go. 

The weapon also has a side bracket attached so you can install the Soviet style AK scope mount (not included) for attaching optics. Also remember, as is normal for Airsoft AEGS, this model does not come bundled with a battery or charger so if you do not have one be sure to pick up an AK stick type battery.
