G&G LR-300 Standard Short (Licensed ZM Markings)

The real steel LR 300 is an assault rifle and conversion kit based on the AR-15 platform and is broadly similar to M16. The weapon is touted as an 'excellent entry weapon system' indicating a suitability for military use in close quarters battle due to its folding stock yet powerful selective fire weapon in 5.56. Particularly notable is the rifle's capability to use a fully folding skeletal stock due to the lack of requirement for a buffer tube; it uses an adapted version of the AR-15's standard direct impingement gas operating system which removes the need for one. This AEG utilizes a standard version 2 gearbox but otherwise includes a variety of design features that make it a little easier to strip and maintain and yet still run just like an M4; it has an odd little ergonomic grip that?s rather charming and comfortable but of course can still take the usual modfare of Magpulization and whatnot should you choose. The weapon is full metal with steel components and high strength polymer furniture; the stock is multi-position with 5 increments besides also being foldable (to the left, against the gun for a compact form of 23 inches). The weapon also features authentic markings as a licensed replica of the real thing.

Tokyo Marui Short Fore Grip Flat (Dark Earth)

For those who do not use the vertical grip in true vertical fashion but instead use it with an angled grip, thumb over bore, angle cradled style or just have small hands then you will find full length vertical grips excessive for use and may get in the way of confined environment or at least packing for transport. The short grip gives you just enough contact zone to hold vertically or a more angled grip without having to go any further then needed. Particularly useful of you are the type to switch back and for between vertical, angle and horizontal grip styles on the go.

The attachment system uses a pair of spring loaded bars to quick-attach to accessory rails; it is rather fiddly to get on but that does make it one of the most solid spring-mount attaching modules on the market. This model does have removable panels on the side for installing a paddle switch (for flash light and lasers) albeit it a very short space for a very short switch.

KTW SPAS Custom Shotgun

The proportions may be a little off, its weight might be light and its plastic components may make it seem toy like but do not go judging this book by its cover.

For your not that much money spent, you get a pump-action weapon with a 60 round tube that puts out 1 BB per shot as fast as you can rack the slide. Clocking in at 375fps it is not a toy, it can compete outdoors and while it may not a long range shooter, its practically a rifle by indoor and short range standards.

It shoots very consistently under its spring generated power and with surprisingly light pump strength for a weapon of this power it cycles pretty quick too. The top rail is proper 20mm but the profile shape is a little odd so while most rail attach devices are more forgiving and would fit this, some less conventional attachments may not sit quite right even though most will do fine. The solid stock offers a nice break but keep an eye out for the after-market folding stock attachment for this baby.

If your interest still is not peaked at this budget buy, the rear iron sight is also a camouflaged selector which when moved to the forward position will switch from 1 BB per shot mode to 2 BB per shot mode. The secondary mode consumes ammo at twice the rate but puts out a miniature spread pattern to increase the chances of a hit or just rain down suppressive fire that much more effectively.

G&P Complete Bolt Carrier Set (Negative Pressure) for (WA) Western Arms M4 GBB

If you're looking to replace your entire bolt carrier and nozzle set, you may consider the G&P Bolt Carrier and Negative Pressure Nozzle Complete Set.
This complete set includes a hardened Bolt Carrier and a Negative Pressure Loading Nozzle Set and pre-assembled and ready for use. Simply take your old bolt carrier out, and drop this new set right in, and you're good to go!
Unlike the stock Western Arms system, the amount of gas used per shot by the Negative Pressure Nozzle Set is instead regulated by an independent valve inside the nozzle without the need for contact between a floating valve's plunger and the BB. Thus creating a steady output of gas regardless on how solid the contact between the BB and the nozzle, thereby reducing the chances of Projectile Dysfunction!
So if you're looking for a steadier output, whilst reducing the chances of misfires and other similar issues, the Negative Pressure Loading Nozzle Set is your perfect choice, along with the hardened Bolt Carrier you can keep banging away all day, and all of the night!

Tokyo Marui EMOD Stock Flat (Dark Earth)

A later improved version of the Crane stock, the EMOD Stock or Mod Stock as they are more commonly known, features the same 6-position telescopic adjustment and increased interior space to accommodate a rear-wire battery in the form of a tri-stick crane stock battery solution. This mode goes a step further by making the side panels removable so you can reduce the mass of the stock if youa re not using the battery compartment. With yet more additional space in the form of a small hatch-accessible compartment, it can store miscellaneous odds and ends like AA / AAA / 9v batteries, small Allen/hex keys or even a dozen M&Ms if you so choose.

The stock itself is a very durable, fairly lightweight (though heavier then a standard M4 polymer adjustable stock) piece which hold up well to long term wear and tear. The butt plate is both rubberized and textured to improve grip, hold and comfort to a degree.

The rear stored battery option s is particularly useful in M4s with rail systems as they lack the space to store the battery in the front and externally wiring a battery box is not the neatest or prettiest solution. Also, the rear wired battery helps to pull a bit more weight to the rear of the weapon which goes some measure in balancing the weapon a little better (although not much if you are using a metal rail system anyway). The additional compartment can be handy for holding a spare Allen key for adjusting sights or attaching/removing accessories or even emergency field repairs if so needed.

King Arms AK47S TDI Style

Full metal AK-47 with modern style tactical polymer furniture. Aluminium receiver and outer barrel, steel top plate, rails, trigger guard, magazine catch, rear sling loop and frame stock. The front furniture features mid length accessory rails on the top and bottom as well as short rails on both sides; a great setup for adding rail attach accessories like scopes, lasers, flashlights, bipods and even grenade launchers.

The front furniture has side ribs for enhance hand grip texture whilst the pistol grip is polymer and features deep ergonomic finger grooves for a very comfortable position and enough depth for use with or without gloves.

Full length AKs like these have inner barrels over 40cm / 16 inches long, a receiver that tidily takes an internally stored 9.6v stick battery (not included), an AK type motor winding though a version 3 gearbox pushing out 350 fps feeding from the included 600 round high capacity magazine. AKs like these are not just good AEGs, they make for natural machine guns; many experienced users know that by slapping on the right sort of magazine, scope and accessories you can make this a pretty effective squad support weapon whilst still maintaining a rifle weight advantage over proper machine guns.

Take it one step further, the King Arms AK takes King Arms AK magazines as well as Tokyo Marui and G&P variations. Baring this in mind, AKs have one of the most significant cross-model-compatibility of AEG magazines meaning that if you find an Airsoft AEG AK magazine, chances are it will work inside this thing. The version 3 gearbox and slide-tab hop-up and tried and tested standard designs which are not only bench mark performers but cross compatible with a plethora if aftermarket modifications should you which to drop in a higher power spring, a faster or stronger motor or a reinforced piston. It also makes long term maintenance as simple as finding a store that stocks the most common AEG parts. If M4s are the most common and prolific series in Airsoft, AKs are a very close second.

At a full size 90cm / 35 inches the AK-47 is an imposing rifle but certainly not small but folding down the steel front swinging frame stock on this model reduced it to a far more reasonable 66cm / 26 inches when you need to operate is smaller spaces. Classic issues found on older AK types are not found on these newer ones; the top plate is wobble free and while the stock has a little give in the hinge rotation the hinge lock is damned solid with an effective balance of rigid form yet smooth movement when needed.

If you are looking for a market dominatingly compatible AEG rifle series that can be modded up down and sideways in circles around other models which performs up there with the best of them but not only want to avoid the M4 but western weapons in general then the AK must just be the rifle you are looking for.

If you want a team standard rifle that go be found in various forms and formats to do a whole team range of jobs but what to show some kind of stand-off styling against the ARs in the enemy team, this might just be the rifle you are looking for.

If you want something large, loud, aggressive, massive capacity yet light enough to keep pace with most weapons half its threat level then this just might be the rifle you are looking for.

Gamma M4 RIS

A very reasonable and affordable piece; the Gamma M4 RIS offers a full metal receiver and front rail system. Full four-surface rail system with standard 20mm rails for attaching standard rail attach modules (not included) and a flat top rail receiver with a removable rear sight; by all means add optics to get more out of your aiming and even lasers and flashlights if you need them.

With battery and charger included, a 300 round high capacity magazine and clocking in at 360 fps out of the box it makes for a very nice starter package for the beginner. The crane stock is multi-position adjustable and of course fits its own rear-wired battery but can accept after market crane stock batteries if you are looking to get more. It has a rear and front-swivel sling mounts so although a sling is not included you could easily fit one as you like.

Over all, this M4 stands pretty well against G&P versions. It may not be quite as smooth but it is a bit more of a complete package so for the first time buyer this is definitely a great choice. Equally so, its self-complete nature makes it a good gift as well; whoever picks up this box needs only throw in their own pair of safety specs and some ammo and they are good to game right off the bat!

Madbull Daniel Defense 9 inch Omega Rail (Dark Earth)

Officially licensed by Daniel Defense, Madbull Airsoft gives you the Omega Rail system best suited for M4 Carbines as CQB length handguards. These rail systems require no modification to the base weapon (M4), they simply drop on. Omega rails are available in 7, 9 and 12 inch length versions making the different models appropriate for use with full length M4A1 carbine length weapons as well as even shorter CQB variants (i.e. 10.5 inch barrels).

This set is a free-float type handguard keeping up in pace with real steel contemporary designs. Equally so, the frontend also has QD slots for use with DQ sling mounts (not included). With their aggressive lines and Aluminium build they are robust and bold looking in design but the material use makes it lightweight.

An in-depth user note; some rail attach accessories (especially grenade launchers) tend to require a longer set rail as their rail attach point are set inside a deeper grove then most accessories. The Daniel Defense kit is one of the designs with rather deep set rails on the bottom and top allowing it to easily accommodate the deeper set groves of such devices as grenade launchers.

That all said, G&P M4s have been known to have some fiddly issues with installing barrels when using Madbull DD rails and although it will still fit as is, using a Madbull DD rail barrel nut (MB-BNUT-DDRGP) does make life a little bit easier.

KSC M93R C Series

The Beretta Model 93R is a selective-fire machine pistol made by the Italian Beretta company, and it is derived from their semi-automatic Model 92. The "R" stands for Raffica, which means "burst" in Italian. The pistol was designed in the 1970s for police and military use. With its familiar shape and parts but unusual full auto and burst fire functions it is a well-used pistol both in film and games.

Not using System 7, this gas blow back weapon comes in at a short range acceptable 285 fps; especially considering the target will no doubt be receiving a triple round burst or full auto strafe. The enlarged trigger guard in combination with the included catch allow the second hand to grab a rudimentary second hand grip to stabilize full auto shooting. While more necessary on the real weapon with actual recoil, in this Airsoft version it does not hurt to keep the weapon steady for more accurate shooting and better control and of course for the sake a of an accurate replica.

Tokyo Marui Foliage Warrior

After much anticipation and the popularity of the TM MEU pistol, Tokyo Marui debuted another first for airsoft with the Desert Warrior 4.3. This time, the 4.3 has been released in a new version, the Foliage Warrior. On the surface it looks to be identical to the Desert Warrior save the color scheme and you're not wrong in thinking that. It's actually Tokyo Marui's custom 4.3 designed specifically for the enthusiasts that are reproducing the foliage load out.

It comes in a nice matte finish in Tokyo Marui's interpretation of the foliage green, which can be better described as a ranger green with an ACU-like style digital pattern on the grips. Featuring extra wide ambidextrous safety, Novak sights, custom grip and a rail adaptor.

This 1911 delivers a nice crisp 280fps using 134a gas capable of firing over 2 magazine's worth of ammo per charge of gas under warm conditions from its single stack style 28 round magazine.

Compatible with MEU magazines as well as TM 1911 government model magazines

KTW Ithaca M37 Police

The Ithaca 37 Shotgun is a highly prolific 12ga pump-action shotgun used mostly by military and law enforcement services but also sees wide use in the civilian sector. A highly popular weapon, it is famed for is simplistic robustness, reliability and low weight whilst also being available in a variety of different shotgun gauges. It is so common that it has cropped up in countless Hollywood movies over the years to such an extreme that it goes unnoticed as an everyday item in action movies these days.

The Police differs from the sawn-off model by using black polymer furniture and a rubberized pistol grip faux in place of the sawn-offs wood style furniture.

This weapon is identical to the full length Feather Light model but offers a stockless grip and shorter barrel. 62 cm / 2 feet long but only 870 g / 1.9 lbs, it cranks out 0.2g BBs out to short-medium range at 275fps and while that is not much it is better for short range work and its certainly enough to feel it out to 15m / 50 feet without too much effort. A weapon like this can be used to compliment a pistol for indoor / short range CQB games when coming across a corridor or larger room and the more power-constant shotgun can put more accurate groupings down range then a spluttering gas weapon.

Another interesting feature found on the KTW M37, as on their other shotguns, is the fire selector. It allows the selection of firing one or two BBs per shot allowing you to consume ammo twice as fast to provide a micro pattern when shooting to increase hit chance or spook the enemy a little more.

Its 42 round tube is probably too awkward to reload in the field but as it comes with a spare tube you can switch them easily enough to allow you a total capacity of 84 rounds. This weapon makes for a nice affordable choice for the beginner or casual player; its might not be as realistic as higher end shotguns but it is no where near as expensive either and it shoots well enough to be a supplementary back-up repeating rifle or just a backyard plinker.

Marushin Mauser M712 Fixed Slide (Black)

The Mauser, an Iconic weapon of German Forces during both World Wars. Based on the C96, the M712 was the select fire automatic version of the same weapon although this model is not full auto capable but it does aesthetically replicate the look with dummy features.

At 250 fps it is a reasonable short range weapon and while the 13 round magazine will not be wowing anyone, in a world war themed game it will play opposite the 15 round Airsoft 1911 single stack magazine and a multitude of similar or lower capacity revolvers. It is polymer but this serves the dual role of keeping it light as well as affordable.

KSC M4A1 Gas Blowback Carbine

The whole AR series of weapons, but in particular the M4 carbine, is an incredibly well known weapon the world over as a symbol of American military technology. In Airsoft they are so well established that everyone has one, so prolific most would argue its over used but the upside to that trade off is the ease of repair and maintenance with the variety and options of aftermarket spare parts, modification and upgrade parts. Equally so, in the newly revitalized gas blow back rifle market, many top brands have submitted their contenders and now KSC offers theirs.

Full metal, full weight, full size and fully operational and realistic full bolt carrier group. This weapon is clearly aiming at the top of the pile as another high end gas blow back rifle replica with sufficient realism to simulate real steel use in a theatrical / handling training right down to close scrutiny. Setting it apart from other brands somewhat, KSC has put their now well established System 7 technology (in this case the newer variant System 7 two) to use in this gas rifle system so that it too can enjoy the benefits of clean feeding and operation with modern materials and improved design over older technologies.

Handling standard Top / Green gas out of the box, this M4 clocks in at a good 340 fps nicely hitting the 335-365fps sweet spot for transitory close-to-mid range style enjoyments so typical with indoor room / corridor and confined space trench / corner / trees type of CQB situations. At that power its high enough to reach out and touch human size targets at long enough range to cast threat out to typical Airsoft middle range expectations yet still week enough to not inflict too much harm or discomfort on lightly / unprotected skin at ranges less than a few meters.

Although fairly standard with higher end models, an immediately noticed factor of this M4 when picking it up is how solid it is. Everything sits together so securely that it almost feels like one solid piece of weapon which when combined with its high metal content makes it really feel as robust as a weapon of this type should be. For the time being, the magazine is proprietary as such only KSC gas M4 magazines will fit this model of M4 and no other.

G&G G2010 Hunter (Tan)

The FN F2000 is an individual 5.56mm weapon system, developed at the turn of the 21st century by the Belgian armament manufacturer Fabrique Nationale (FN) of Herstal. G&G gifts us with their new comer, their very own replica of this modern piece of engineering. G&Gs G2010 is a replica of the standard version of the real steel, this scoped version featuring the distinctive integrated scope in this case being a fixed 3.5x magnification with cross hair reticule.

This bullpup weapon features all the inherent advantages of its breed; the compact size combined with full length rifle barrel, the deep seating of balance center when shouldered for rapid aim acquisition. The G2010 has the added advantage of feeding STANAG magazines thus spare magazines are easy to find and you can even exchange magazine with your AR wielding brethren in the heat of battle.

Like G&Gs other models, this piece joins a line of quality products; superior to simple china clones, the G2010 is a choice skirmishable piece out of box and yet is still internally compatible enough with aftermarket parts to accept upgrades of power or reinforcement if your operating is that harsh a mistress.

The FN2000 design is repurposed, the romance of this contemporary assault rifle is distilled and imbued in the aesthetics of the G2010 whilst putting to use the tried and tested technologies that drive so many of our favored AEGs. A further quirk, these weapons have unique serial numbers.

A couple of user notes; the trigger is two stage like the AUG (half way for semi, full pull for auto) and the battery solution is rear-wired in the stock (small connector). The scope cover can be removed to access the scope dials for adjustment or even removing the cover and scope entirely to make use of the integrated accessory rail. Do make note that the rail on this version is set lower and as such will almost certainly need a high mounting optic to be in the correct position (to clear the rear hump).

King Arms GALIL MAR Non-blowback Version

The Galil is a family of Israeli small arms designed by Yisrael Galili and Yaacov Lior, produced by Israel Military Industries Ltd (now Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) Ltd). The weapon system consists of a 5.56 mm line chambered for the intermediate 5.56x45mm NATO caliber with either the M193 or SS109 ball cartridge and several 7.62 mm models designed for use with the 7.62x51mm NATO rifle ammunition.

The Galils design is based on the Finnish RK 62, which itself was derived from the Soviet AK-47 assault rifle. It was selected as the winner of a competitive bid for the Israel Defense Forces that included many other designs and was formally introduced into service in 1972. Depending on the barrel length, magazine capacity and accessories, the Galil is available in the following configurations: a carbine variant known as the SAR (Short Assault Rifle), a compact MAR (Micro Assault Rifle) version, standard-length AR (Assault Rifle) and an ARM (Assault Rifle and Machine gun) light machine gun.

The Airsoft replica is done by King Arms, and done very well it has been too!
Constructed from a combination of Steel, Aluminum, and Nylon Fiber parts, the King Arms Galil MAR is very robust; due to the materials used, it has a near perfect weight distribution making it very comfortable to hold although replicated the real steels significant weight overall. Its compact size makes the weight slightly strange, the hands expecting something lighter in this size but this only goes to recreate the handling of the real carbine all the more.

The previous versions of this weapon featured a dummy bolt with cycled to simulate the blow back action but this newer version does away with that system instead keeping to a simplified version with no blowback feature to opt in favor of simplicity of use, maintenance and costs.

An officially licensed product; was Israel Military Industries Ltd., Trademark of UZI Brands International Ltd, used by permission of Cybergun. With 1:1 precise dimensions and specs, the King Arms Galil SAR is unparalleled in the world of replica Airsoft guns. It features a dummy left-side selector, and a Galil Specific Magazine which holds up to 130rds.

VFC AKS-74N Full Steel AEG (with Side Mount)

VFC, famed for its high standard of quality, releases more AKs in their AK-74 line. This line features all-metal where appropriate, real steel dimensions and a blow-back dummy bolt action.

At 280 fps with an included 120 round magazine it is on the low end of the spectrum of power making it safer to use at closer range but of course VFC being the well established brand it is, you can always get the spring upgraded if your looking for more kick under the hood. Speaking of kick, the dummy bolt does automatically cycle with shooting and while it adds little in the way of felt recoil it does at least look the part. The rate of fire does not leave wanting either, cycling reasonably fast on a normal AK stick type battery.

VFC AK-74s are available in both polymer and wood versions; the wood version making use of actual real high quality wood with a dense lacquer finish very reminiscent of real AKs (albeit good condition ones). The AKS-74N also uses a metal frame stock instead of the solid one seen on other models; it folds to the left side offering not only a Skeletonized rear end to help keep the weight down but also with the ability to fold away for increased mobility when needed allowing you to choose better control or better agility on the go.

The weapon also has a side bracket attached so you can install the Soviet style AK scope mount (not included) for attaching optics. Also remember, as is normal for Airsoft AEGS, this model does not come bundled with a battery or charger so if you do not have one be sure to pick up an AK stick type battery.

VFC AK-74M Full Steel AEG (with Side Mount)

VFC AK-74s are available in both polymer and wood versions; the polymer version making use of realistic high grade black polymer which is tough, smoother and robust. The AK-74M features a solid stock which may be larger then some are used to but it is absolutely solid which is always nice on a primary weapon that you are counting on to stay in one piece in the field.

The weapon also has a side bracket attached so you can install the Soviet style AK scope mount (not included) for attaching optics. Also remember, as is normal for Airsoft AEGS, this model does not come bundled with a battery or charger so if you do not have one be sure to pick up an AK stick type battery.

G&G L85 A2 Carbine

The SA80 (Small Arms for the 1980s) is a British family of 5.56mm small arms. It is a selective fire, gas-operated firearm. SA80 prototypes were trialed in 1976 and production was completed in 1994. The L85 rifle variant of the SA80 family has been the standard issue service rifle of the British Armed Forces since 1987, the improved L85A2 remains in service today. The remainder of the family comprises the L86 Light Support Weapon, the short-barreled L22 carbine and the L98 Cadet rifle.

Only a couple of centimeters short and a couple hundred grams lighter then the real thing, this thing feels very real indeed and is easily the best example of an L85 replica on the Airsoft market as of late 2010. A bold creation of high strength polymer and steel, the combination of strange ergonomics and control layout unique of the L85 bullpup is faithfully recreated.

Arclight was trained on the L98A1 cadet rifle variant of the real steel weapon in high school and can personally attest to the very real feel of this gun albeit a very new, shiny, clean version as supposed to the gun oil greasy one he was introduced back in the day. Even the polymer furniture makes use of the same nylon material on the handguard, pistol grip and cheek piece and even recreates the real steels furniture texture pretty great as well. They have even re-created the nagging little breech dust cover found on the real steel.

G&Gs creation feeds from a G&G M4 magazine, a high cap 450 round version being included with the weapon. Having tested it across a few samples, we can attest to its compatibility with Tokyo Marui magazines as well making the prospect of buying additional ones very easy. It field strips realistically, the barrel is CNC machined steel, the piston is realistic and the gearbox even has an electric dummy blowback system which cycle the bolt while firing. The bolt can lock to the rear (manually) by use of the functioning bolt catch which makes accessing the hop-up unit that much easier. The rubberized butt plate makes shouldering the weapon pretty comfortable too. The pistol grip has a removable base cap to access a small inner compartment which can be use to store small tools or batteries.

A bullpup weapon, the magazine well is located behind the trigger group and as such the inner barrel length is approximately the same as an M4A1 despite the overall weapon being 140 mm shorter. The milspec carry handle has the integrated iron sight which is fine for mid range shooting but the handle and front iron sight can be removed and the removal of the carry handle exposes the accessory rail for mounting alternative optics (not included). For those that care, the fire selector and safety are operated independently of each other allowing you to carry a safe weapon pre-selected in either fire mode which is a handy plus.

As a G&G weapon the gearbox can accept internal modification with standard parts but do note that the recoil system may become damaged if you modify the rate of fire to be anything high then its stock rate (running on an 8.4v battery) as such the recoil system should be disabled if you plan to do so. The battery storage solution is front wired in the handguard accessible via the removal of the lower handguard by a single screw (guide in the manual); the small space fits a mini 8.4v battery rather snugly so alternative battery options are likely to be anything larger then a mini 9.6v or a small LiPo (again, bare in mind that a higher rate of fire may damage the recoil system so be sure to disable it if you plan to modifying it higher then the stock standard rate).

G&G GK99

G&Gs GK99 appears to be a replica of the real steel Rk 95Tp ("taittoperä" in Finnish, - "folding stock"), a 7.62 x 39mm (Soviet) Intermediate caliber assault rifle. With its origins in the AK family, the Rk 95Tp is an overhauled design stemming from the need for a weapon with greater stopping power then the Finnish standard rifle (the Valmet M76 with its weaker 5.56mm cartridge). The Rk 95Tp is used mainly by the Finnish international reaction force (Finnish RDF) and also by Finnish UN Peace keeping force personnel.

The real steel Rk 95Tp is a select-fire, gas-operated firearm using the Kalashnikov-pattern operating system making use of a long stroke gas piston rod coupled to the bolt carrier just like the AK. This is somewhat poetic coincidence as this AEG itself is based on the G&G AK AEG series and makes use of a long stroke pneumatic piston to simulate the bolt cycle action when shooting from its select-fire mechanism.

As is typical of recent G&G AEGs, this model features a blending of different materials based on practical suitability and feasible economics; Aluminium, Steel, Zinc, Nylon and other polymers are all used. The receiver and barrel are Aluminium chosen for its high strength to weight ratio. Other metal details like the stock, trigger guard, receiver top plate and flash hider are all steel which helps in terms of ruggedness and realism, particularly the stock as the heavier steel in the rear does a nice job of balancing out the greater length but lighter Aluminium and polymer in the front.

The layout of this weapons materials means that its handling is unusually agile for a weapon of its size and weight class made even more so with the stocks ability to fold (to the right, exactly like the real steel) to reduce dimensions even further when operating in more confined spaces or just to make traveling / packing easier.

G&Gs creation feeds from a G&G AK magazine, a polymer waffle style high cap 600 round version being included with the weapon (like the Rk 95Tps magazine) giving it the classic Airsoft AK advantage of the particularly high capacity magazine making it a pseudo machine gun. Having tested it across a few samples, we can attest to its compatibility with Tokyo Marui magazines as well making the prospect of buying additional ones very easy. The gearbox features G&Gs proprietary electro-pneumatic blowback system which cycles the bolt while firing. Battery storage is in the front handguard and while there is space for larger batteries and LiPo alternatives this weapon was originally intended to run on 8.4v NiCads so bare that in mind with long term usage.

Internally the gearbox is proprietary as mentioned above but the components within are compatible with standard parts so maintenance, repairs and modifications are all pretty standard fare. The blowback system may not hold up too well against higher rates of fire so if you intend to modify the cycle rate significantly we would suggest you disable the blowback feature.

G&G CM16 Raider M4 RIS Battle Ready Combo Package (Desert Tan)

The attractively priced G&G M4 just got even more bang for the buck. Constructed from very thick high impact nylon fiber polymer; whilst being inexpensive, it is incredibly robust, more than enough for the starter or frequent skirmisher to throw around on the weekends. Coming in at around 1.9 kg, this gun is so incredibly light it is outweighed by many pistols; a fantastic choice for the smaller / younger beginner who need to learn to handle a full sized weapon but avoid the weight until later. Even more so, this does not feel like some budget gun, the finish on it is delightfully high quality, enough to give Tokyo Marui a run for their money. This model also has enhancements over the base model with a crane stock and rail system!

The rails are also polymer but despite that they are rock solid and more then enough to handle common accessories long enough for the newbie to break in his skills over the next few years and perhaps beyond even that.

What more, this package comes bundled with a battery and charger as well making it a fantastic starter kit for the absolute beginner, particularly one discerning enough to want a rail system and crane stock yet still prefer a lighter model due to their diminutive size. Even if your not so tiny, this is still a full sized weapon complete with RAS, crane stock, battery and charger all for an incredibly reasonable price.

Take care of it and it will be a long lasting AEG; so much so, it would not be a bad idea to add this as a back up gun when you go to games. Rear wired easily accessible in the stock tube, small Tamiya small type plug for small type 9.6v battery (included). Furthermore, it is compatible with all upgrade parts from SYSTEMA, LAYLAX, DEEP FIRE, etc. so over time you can even juice it up!

Clocking in at about 370 fps with a decent rate of fire on a 9.6v battery, coming with a 450 round high capacity magazine, a 9.6v small type battery, charger, RAS, crane stock and a complimentary bag of (approx.) 1000x 0.20g BBs what more can you ask for an exceptional economical package?

Airsoft Surgeon Jim Boland 1911 Open Class with Real C-More

Now this is a sexy gun of the truest sense; based on a the slim grip format that is the (Marui) 1911, the two tone Jim Boland 38-Super slide blends with the barrel-form like compensator for a 6 inch barrel. The slotted compensator exposes the guide rod which adds a flare of the industrial to this weapons look.

The minimalistic hammer sits flush against the rear of the slide when down. When cocked, its tiny little tear streak low-profile is exactly just enough to be a hammer and nothing more. High grip texture patterned wood grips are contemporary styled to not clash with the weapons modern lines and yet the touch and smell of real wood is simply irreplaceable.

A CNC Aluminium mount bracket attaches the real C-More mini red dot sight for a slim picture with a very clean, crisp red dot. For the classicists though, the weapon does have a fixed front iron sight and an adjustable rear iron sight if you do need to remove the red dot for any reason.

Of course between the flared magwell, the skeletonised trigger and other typical racegun features it covers its bases as a competition pistol but ultimately what set this one apart is the wood grips, the guide rod and the compensator. Not afraid to be a little older in flavor, this racegun has soul.
